## Description

The Subscribe to Comments plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'ref' parameter of the subscription manager in all versions up to, and including, 2.3.1 due to insufficient input validation and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user, such as an administrator, into clicking a link.
