## Description

The Forminator Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via form submission values in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. HTML was kept in sub-values of array-valued submissions for fields such as Name, Address, Date and Time, and submission values were output on the admin submission and quiz lead screens with an overly permissive filter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when an administrator views the submission.
