## Description

The Fluent Support – Helpdesk & Customer Support Ticket System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization via the agent ticket response endpoint in versions 1.8.0 to 2.4.0, due to the endpoint not requiring the manage-tickets permission before closing a ticket for agents who may only write draft replies. This makes it possible for authenticated support agents with only the draft-reply permission to close tickets they can view.
