## Description

The PowerPack Addons for Elementor (Free Widgets, Extensions and Templates) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data via the powerpack/v1/settings REST route in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0, due to the route's write method using the read permission check (edit_posts) and the enabled widgets and extensions settings requiring only the edit_posts capability. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to change which of the plugin's widgets and extensions are enabled on the site, for example disabling all of them.
