## Description

The SAML IDP (Identity Provider) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Denial of Service via the mo_sp_count cookie in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.1. The mo_idp_add_sp_cookie() function uses the cookie value supplied by the user as the upper bound of a loop without checking or limiting it. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to send a request with a very large mo_sp_count value. Each request then keeps a PHP worker busy until the maximum execution time is reached, and a small number of concurrent requests can make the site unavailable.
