## Description

The Team Members plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data via the opt-in/connect handler (_install_with_new_user) of the bundled Freemius SDK in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.2, due to a missing capability check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to complete the Freemius opt-in for the site with attacker-supplied account and install keys, or put it into pending activation. This can link the site's Freemius connection to an account the attacker controls and change the tracking permissions.
