## Description

The Premium Packages plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via order notes in all versions up to, and including, 7.2.8, due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. Notes are stored without HTML sanitization. The admin order views decode backslash-escaped characters with stripcslashes() and then filter the result with strip_tags(), whose allow-list keeps <img> and <a> tags along with all of their attributes, including event handlers. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts into a note on their own order. The scripts run when an administrator views that order. A customer can create such an order through a normal checkout.

Also published later by wordfence as CVE-2026-110664.
