## Description

The Everest Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via form entry values in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2. This is due to insufficient output escaping in the admin Entries list. Values that contain 'http', including values decoded from JSON-encoded entry meta, were not stripped of tags, and for several field types, such as WYSIWYG, they were output through make_clickable() without escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts through a form submission that will execute whenever an administrator views the form's Entries list.
