## Description

The Job Postings plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization via the job duplication action (jobs_duplicate_post_as_draft) in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.2. This is due to a missing per-post capability check in the duplicate_post_as_draft() function and a nonce that is not tied to a specific post. Any user with the edit_posts capability gets that nonce from the Duplicate link. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to duplicate any job post into a draft they own. This includes other users' private, draft or password-protected jobs, so the attacker can read the original job's content, post meta and post password.
