## Description

The WP Booking System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0.3, due to a missing capability and per-form access check in the wpbs_action_edit_form() form save action, which only verified a nonce that is not tied to a specific form. The wpbs_save_user_restrictions_edit_form_fields() hook, which saves form user restrictions, also did not check the user's capability. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, who have been granted access to at least one form, to change the settings of any other form. They can also rewrite a form's 'user_permission' entries to give themselves or other users edit access to it.
