## Description

The Contact Form by Supsystic plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure via the front-end form settings in all versions up to, and including, 1.10.5. The plugin publishes a form's template settings on every page that shows the form, and the code meant to strip non-public keys from them looked in the wrong array element, so nothing was removed. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read non-public form configuration from the source of any page that displays a form. That configuration includes the saved test email address, which defaults to the site administrator's email, as well as email attachment, registration and publishing settings, and any third-party integration credentials stored in the form's template settings.
