## Description

The Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization via the Manual User Verification 'Verified'/'Not Verified' bulk user actions in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.1, due to the bulk action handlers updating the network-wide verification flag for any submitted user ID without a per-user edit_user capability or site-membership check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with site administrator access on a multisite network to change the verification status of users they are not permitted to edit, including users of other sites in the network. Unverifying a non-administrator account prevents it from logging in. Verifying an account approves a registration that is still awaiting verification. Exploitation requires a multisite installation with the Manual User Verification feature enabled.
