## Description

The Podlove Podcast Publisher plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data via the podlove/v2/podcast REST route in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.3, due to the update permission check requiring only the edit_posts capability instead of manage_options. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to change podcast-wide settings such as the podcast title, summary, author, owner email, cover image, GUID and funding URL, which are published in the podcast feeds.
