## Description

The Access Governance for WordPress (aka AAM) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass via the aam/v2/jwts and aam/v2/jwt/{id} REST endpoints in all versions up to, and including, 8.0.1, due to the 'access_level' parameter being optional, which skips the checks that the caller may manage users and may edit the user given in 'user_id'. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with AAM JWT management access, such as site administrators on a multisite network or delegated AAM managers, to issue, read, refresh or revoke JSON Web Tokens for any user, including network super administrators, and then log in as that user.
