## Description

The Bootstrap Shortcodes plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to, and including, 3.4.4 due to bundling an outdated version of the Bootstrap JavaScript library (3.3.5) that passes data-target, data-parent and data-container attribute values to jQuery as HTML and does not sanitize tooltip and popover templates. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts through crafted data-* attributes in post content that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
