## Description

The Link Library plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized link submission in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.7. This is due to the link_library_process_user_submission() function not enforcing the 'addlinkreqlogin' option, which only hides the submission form. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to submit links to a library configured to require login, as long as another library configuration on the site allows logged-out submissions.
