## Description

The User Profile Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'redirect_url' attribute of the plugin's Edit Profile and Registration shortcodes in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.4. This is due to the wppb_build_redirect() function placing the redirect URL into a meta refresh tag without escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages. The scripts run when a user submits the form on the injected page.
