## Description

The User Profile Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via the front-end Edit Profile form's 'edit_user' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.4. The plugin lets any subsite user with the remove_users or manage_options capability edit any account. It does not check whether the target is a network Super Admin or belongs to other sites. On WordPress Multisite installations, this makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subsite Administrator-level access and above to change the password and details of a Super Admin or another site's user, leading to a takeover of the whole network.
