## Description

The Schedule Post Changes With PublishPress Future plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized term creation via the taxonomy terms of a scheduled future action in all versions up to, and including, 4.10.7, due to the normalizeTermsCreatingIfNecessary function calling wp_insert_term without checking the taxonomy's edit_terms capability or verifying that the taxonomy belongs to the post type. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above who have been granted the publishpress_future_expire_post capability to create arbitrary terms, such as categories, in any registered taxonomy.
