## Description

The Royal Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure via the 'wpr_filter_grid_media' and 'wpr_get_media_filtered_count' AJAX actions in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.1069. This is due to the attachment query being built entirely from the client-supplied 'grid_settings' array, protected only by a nonce printed on public pages, with no check on whether the attachment's parent post is published. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to list image attachments belonging to draft, private and password-protected posts.
