## Description

The Enable SVG, WebP, and ICO Upload plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via SVG file uploads in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.5. This is due to insufficient sanitization. The SVG sanitizer ran only when a file's content was detected as SVG, so a .svg file with non-SVG markup (for example an XHTML document) was stored unsanitized. The sanitizer was also attached only to the wp_handle_upload_prefilter hook, so files uploaded through wp_handle_sideload (for example a raw-body upload to the REST API media endpoint) were never sanitized. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to upload malicious SVG files that execute arbitrary web scripts whenever a user accesses the uploaded file.
