## Description

The StreamCast plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via remote stream metadata in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.6, due to the streamcast_fetch_stream AJAX proxy returning the raw remote response body without sanitization. The Standard player then writes the fetched now-playing title into the page as HTML. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to point a StreamCast block at a stream server they control and enable fetching the title from that server. The server can then inject arbitrary web scripts that execute whenever a user accesses a page containing the player. Attackers who control a stream server already configured on the site can do the same.
