## Description

The Reviews Feed plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized plugin installation, activation and deactivation via the sbr_install_plugin, sbr_activate_plugin and sbr_deactivate_plugin AJAX actions in all versions up to, and including, 2.15.1. This is due to the handlers checking only the plugin's own 'manage_reviews_feed_options' capability rather than the core install_plugins, activate_plugins and deactivate_plugins capabilities, and the install handler accepting an arbitrary package URL. This makes it possible for users who can manage the plugin's settings but lack plugin-management rights, such as sub-site administrators on a multisite network or roles the capability was delegated to through the 'sbr_settings_pages_capability' filter, to install and activate arbitrary plugins from a remote URL, leading to remote code execution. Installation also ignored DISALLOW_FILE_MODS.
