## Description

The NextGEN Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.4. This is due to a missing capability and ownership check in the NextGEN media upload tab's save handler, which only verified a nonce printed for any user with the upload_files capability. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to overwrite the slug, alt text and description of any NextGEN Gallery image on the site, including images in other users' galleries.
