## Description

The PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access and modification of data via the 'powerpress-jquery-vts-add-edit-recipient' action in all versions from 11.4 up to, and including, 11.18.0. This is due to the handler checking only a nonce that is the same for every post and never checking whether the user can edit the post named in 'post_id'. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to view and change the Value Time Split recipients (including payment addresses) that the podcast feed publishes for posts belonging to other users.
