## Description

The Events Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference via the booking_add action in all versions up to, and including, 7.4.12. This is due to em_load_event() building the global person from a user-controlled 'person_id' request value, and a new booking adopting that person in EM_Booking::get_person(), without checking that the requester can manage the event. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, and for unauthenticated attackers on sites that allow guest bookings without user accounts, to create bookings attributed to other users.
