## Description

The Photo Gallery by 10Web plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'watermark_url' and 'watermark_link' attributes of the Best_Wordpress_Gallery shortcode, and the matching watermark settings, in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.48, due to insufficient output escaping. The slideshow and image browser views URL-decode these values and print them into href and src attributes without escaping them. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
