Description
The VikRentCar Car Rental Management System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'cid' and 'status' parameters of the orders page, the 'vrc_active_tab' parameter of the edit order page, the 'goto' parameter of the busy-car page and the 'vrc_lang' parameter of the translations page, in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.7, due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. The values are printed without escaping into inline JavaScript strings and link attributes. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a logged-in administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
