Description
The Royal Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of form notification settings via the Form Builder widget in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.1069. This is due to the widget's render() method writing its email settings (recipient, Cc, Bcc, From, Reply-To, subject and body template) to site-wide options keyed only by the element ID on every render, including editor and draft previews, and the unauthenticated 'wpr_form_builder_email' handler reading those options by element ID alone. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to send emails with attacker-chosen recipients and content through the site, and to redirect notification emails of other Form Builder widgets by reusing their element IDs.
