Description

The hCaptcha for WP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a protection mechanism bypass via the wpDiscuz comment integration in all versions up to, and including, 5.4.1. This is due to the comment check running only when $_POST['action'] was 'wpdAddComment', while admin-ajax.php dispatches on $_REQUEST['action'], so the wpDiscuz handler still runs when the action is sent in the query string. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to post wpDiscuz comments without solving the hCaptcha challenge.
